Instructions
Please review the Schedule and the Open Dates, then accurately fill out the
form making certain that all required fields are correct. A charter
date does not have to be specified for a gift certificate. Reservations
are taken on a first-come, first-served basis: Therefore it's important (although
not required) to specify alternate trip date(s) along with your preferred
date(s) just in case someone else beats you to the punch. We
need all the information on the form because we will mail you a trip planner
and we may also need to phone you before your charter. If you
do not want to guarantee the trip with a credit card, then the trip must
be pre-paid by sending Trophy Specialists LLC a check or money order (15555
Cassidy Rd. Chelsea, MI 48118). Please note that we will not charge
anything to your credit card unless you do not show up on the scheduled day
and time of your charter. As soon as we process your reservation, we'll
email you a confirmation and also mail you a trip planner. Booking
a fishing trip with Trophy Specialists Fishing Charters LLC constitutes
acceptance of our
Business Policies, Terms and Conditions of
Service and our Release and Waiver of Liability
and Indemnity Agreement.
